Luke Pressler, Development Associate, assists in the development process from acquisition to completion. Luke grew up in Mount Pleasant and attended the University of South Carolina, graduating Magna Cum de Laude with a degree in Finance and Data Analytics. He is currently furthering his education at the Citadel, pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration. After graduating from USC Luke worked as a Financial Analyst creating strategic pricing and financial forecasts for various financial institutions. 

He is licensed as a South Carolina Real Estate Salesperson. In his spare time, Luke enjoys being out on the boat or in the woods.

Parker Richard, Development Associate, handles research as well as Commercial sales & leases for our brokerage. 

Parker has prior experience with industrial brokerage, residential & commercial property management. He grew up in Louisville, Kentucky and attended Indiana University and Trident Technical College where he studied Business Administration.  He is a proud member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). He is licensed as a South Carolina Real Estate Salesperson and is an Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM). 

In his spare time, he enjoys sports, hunting and cars. He also enjoys spending time with his fiancé in West Ashley.

Stephanie Spratt, REALTOR®, & Property Manager, handles Commercial & Residential sales & leases for our brokerage as well as all Development related accounting, tenant relations, vendor management, resident retention in addition to office operations and procedures.  

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.  Prior to her role with Factotum Real Estate, Stephanie has had over 12 years of property management industry experience and has been responsible for generating pricing, sales training, creating marketing strategies to increase traffic, managing her sales team while maximizing performance and revenue. 

In her spare time, she loves to spoil her dog, Milo and enjoys portrait photography. Stephanie values the customer experience and will always greet you with a smile.

David Dick, Owner & Broker in Charge, manages the financial and legal operations of Factotum Real Estate. David has over a decade of wide-ranging experience in the construction and real estate industry, both as a real estate developer and assisting clients through construction litigation and real estate transactions. 

David grew up in Louisville, Kentucky. He attended Lehigh University in Pennsylvania where he earned a dual Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. After graduation, David received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law. David is a licensed attorney, a licensed residential builder, and a licensed real estate broker. David’s comprehensive experience in construction, real estate, and law allows David to assist clients with many facets of the real estate process. 

David currently resides in West Ashley with his wife, Liza, and his three children.
